I recently stayed at City Stork in Portimao for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was much better than expected, with plenty of space and a modern, clean bathroom. The AC worked well and the kitchen was huge and clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely cared about their guests. The hostel was also close to the port and many restaurants, although not directly by the beach.

The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, particularly Manuela and the guy , went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They provided great advice on things to do and even helped me book a cab to the airport at a good price. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. I especially loved the rooftop terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the view of the storks that live nearby. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to others.
